Due to COVID-19 and Government restrictions, Swingtime in the Gardens 2020 has been postponed until 4-6th June 2021.

Your ticket provider will in due course send you options for the postponed dates.  These are:

1) have your tickets rolled over for the postponed date
2) donate your tickets (with our sincere thanks for help with the huge costs incurred) 
3) request a refund - this will be made in line with your ticket provider's T&Cs.




The ticket is issued for Swingtime in the Gardens, Ragley Hall by SWINGTIME IN THE GARDENS (MIDLANDS) LTD and subject to following conditions:

If you order your tickets before 15th June 2019, you will receive an “e-ticket “ that you will need to print and bring with you to the event.

When you receive your tickets, check they are correct, put them in a safe place, and remember where they are! Tickets will not be replaced if lost.

The email receipt or email confirmation you receive after a ticket purchase is NOT an “e-ticket”, and it can NOT be used as a ticket, neither printed or displayed on a screen. You must print your e-ticket and bring that.


Tickets must be presented at the gate on the day of event.

VIP Upgrade Tickets

VIP Upgrade Tickets can be purchased for the VIP experience as outlined on the ticketing pages.  Admission to Swingtime in the Gardens is NOT included within the price of the VIP Upgrade Ticket and therefore must be purchased prior to attending the event.  For the avoidance of doubt, VIP Ticket holders will be required to purchase an Admission Ticket on the day of the event at the marked price if they have not purchased an Admission Ticket prior to arriving at the event.



Swingtime in the gardens will not be held liable for any loss, injuries, or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft, or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons or third parties or force majeure. 

These conditions of issue are governed by English Law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Court.


Your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband on arrival at the event, which is what allows you to have easy and secure access around the site. The wristband is NON TRANSFERABLE. The wristband must be worn at all times during the duration of your stay. Wristbands become invalid if they are damaged, cut, or removed. Wristbands will not be replaced if lost or damaged. Those without wristbands will be refused admission to the festival site.

Entry Times

You can enter any time after the gates are open from 10:30am. As long as you wearing your wristband you can leave the event and come back later.


Dogs are NOT allowed entrance to Swingtime in the Gardens, with the exception of guide dogs.

Gazebos, Large Umbrellas and Tables

Yes, you can bring a gazebo and there is no charge. However, gazebos can only be set up at the back of the auditorium and space is strictly limited. Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis at the discretion of the stewards plus you may be positioned behind other gazebos.. It is not permitted to fit the sides to your gazebo. Note that the gazebo zone will be outside the best sound area. Tables are not permitted on site.

Standing/sitting in the Arena

You may bring small folding chairs or blankets to sit on, but please be aware that other festival-goers may wish to stand or dance in front of you and this is totally permitted.


Bicycles are NOT to be brought onto the event site.

Lost Property

It is advisable NOT to bring valuable possessions with you. Swingtime in the Gardens will not accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at the event - including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles.

There will be a tent were member(s) of staff will collect any lost property. If you have lost any property you will be able to go to that tent and ask if anyone has found your item.


Swingtime in the Gardens take no responsibility for adverse weather conditions and event goers attend Swingtime in the Gardens at their own risk with regard to whatever effect adverse weather conditions have on the festival ground, campsites, car parks, and event programme.

First Aid

First Aid treatment at the festival is provided by a separate first aid company who are a separate legal entity to Swingtime in the Gardens. Any claims resulting from first aid on site should be directed to this first aid company. Swingtime in the Gardens accepts no liability for any injury, claim or damages resulting from any first aid treatment on site.

Clothing & Footwear

Many areas are grass, and the pathways are stony, so bring a pair of comfortable shoes/boots with thick grip, non-slip soles, so that slips and falls can be avoided. As we cannot predict the weather, please bring sun protection and suitable clothing and footwear for all weather eventualities.

Axis insignia, Axis medals, and weapons (real or replica) are banned from the site.


The selling of goods is strictly forbidden and can only be carried out by those official traders who have paid their pitch fee, and have the permission of Swingtime in the Gardens. For more information or if you wish to trade, email

Leaflets & Posters

Distribution of leaflets and fly posting at any place across the site without the prior written permission of the owners is strictly forbidden.

Prohibited Symbols

Swingtime in the Gardens is a friendly and inclusive event, and we ask that festival-goers and traders do not display Axis insignia or the Confederate flag anywhere in the festival grounds and campsites. Policy Towards Illegal Drugs/Behaviour

Swingtime in the Gardens does not allow illegal drugs/substances or "legal highs" onto the festival grounds. Clear signage at the arena entrance details prohibited items, and any persons suspected of being in possession of illegal drugs/substances will be asked to leave the site and the police may be called. By attending Swingtime in the Gardens, you agree to treat all our staff, artists and volunteers with courtesy and respect. Bad behaviour or threatening / abusive language will not be tolerated and any visitor may be asked to leave if engaged in this activity.

Privacy Policy

At Swingtime in the Gardens, we are committed to protecting the personal information of all of our customers, ensuring that your information will never get passed on to any third parties. Swingtime in the Gardens reserves the right to: a) Refuse admission in any circumstances b) Evict any person breaching the terms and conditions of entry, or committing a criminal offence, or behaving in a disorderly manner, or in a way that has an adverse effect on public safety, or behaving in an anti-social manner or causing a public nuisance. c) Search all people and personal property upon entry to, and while at the venue.
